Sunday Fun

3.5 miles and a mass of Supersets (>45k lbs moved in one form or another). Feels like fall today and it was great to hit the gym. I hope my fellow Joggernauts are doing their thing and having some fun along the way. I have yet to venture into the human spectacle otherwise known as the fair but hear it's worth the trip.

One small step for man..,one giant leap for butter art

Besides that...everyone needs to see something carved out of butter at least once a year (I think that's a blue law that's still on Oklahoma's books :)
